Cub Scouts (8-10.5)

Cub Scouts are girls and boys aged between 8 and 10.5. We meet on a Tuesday evening 6.30-7.45pm. Cub Scouts do loads of fun things. They like to try lots of different activities like swimming,
music, exploring, computing, and sailing. As a Cub Scout you can earn badges which you can wear on your uniform.

Cub Scouts also get to go on trips and days out, to places like the zoo, theme parks or a farm. In 2020 Cubs visited Disneyland Paris. You will be able to go camping with the rest of your Pack too! This will mean you sleeping in a tent and doing loads of outdoor activities.

Cub Scouts learn and develop in the areas below:

Uniform

As Scouting is a uniformed youth organisation our young people will be required to purchase a uniform for the section that they join depending on their age. The Cubs wear a green Cub Scout jumper with the Cub logo embroidered on the front.
