Christmas Fair Fundraiser

Sunday 8th Dec 2024 12-3pm

Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, you and your friends and family are invited to our Christmas Fundraiser and social event!

Come along for hot chocolate, mince pies and mulled wine, or hot dogs and juice!

Take part in our Christmas crafts and games, with prizes to be won, or try your luck with our Raffle and Tombola!
Raffle tickets will be available at your child’s regular meeting and on the day
We would like to request donations for the Tombola of bottles (alcohol, soft drinks, bubble baths, lotions and potions, etc) and chocolates.  If anybody is able to donate a prize for our raffle through their employment or acquaintances we’d love to hear from you. Thank you.

If you are having a pre-Christmas sort out and have any old toys, big or small, we would be very grateful!

All donations for the Tombola should be in by 6th December. They can be taken to the hut on your meeting nights, or handed to Claire (Cassidy’s mum) and Wendy.

All proceeds go to your children, so come and join us for a fabulous Christmasy event!
